The Chef meets The Baker
Chef Dane hails from Ocho Rios, Jamaica where he trained and practiced his culinary arts at Runaway Bay Heart College of Hospitality and at exclusive resorts such as Golden Eye, Sandals, and Couples San Souci. He has been in Grand Cayman for about 9 years and was the Head Chef of Da Fish Shack. Chef Dane's unique ability to combine familiar local and international flavors in an unexpected way is what make The Diner so unique.

Anita White (nee Parsons) was born and raised in Grand Cayman and completed her Associate of Arts in Hospitality Management at the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI) before moving to Miami, FL to complete her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management at Florida International University (FIU). She now provides the sweet side of The Diner.
